Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or enquiring about any service offered by Lynne Donaldson trading as The 5D Method™. By submitting an enquiry or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Offered
I offer the following private, one-to-one services:
- The Catalyst Session — a 90-minute virtual session (£400).
- The 5D Intensive — a half-day or full-day intensive session, virtual or in person (£2,000).
- Private Advisory — an ongoing monthly advisory relationship, minimum three months (£5,000 per month).
2. Important Disclaimer
My services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment. I am not a licensed therapist, counsellor, psychologist, or medical professional. My work combines strategic advisory with personal development frameworks. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please seek appropriate professional help.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to my acceptance and availability.
- Full payment is required before a session is confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment details will be provided upon confirmation of your booking.
- Private Advisory retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. The minimum commitment is three months.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session are non-refundable. You may reschedule once at my discretion.
- If I need to cancel or reschedule, I will give as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative date.
- Private Advisory retainers are non-refundable once a monthly period has commenced. Either party may end the arrangement at the end of any monthly period after the minimum three-month commitment, with 30 days written notice.
5. Confidentiality
- I treat everything shared in our sessions with absolute discretion. I will not disclose your personal information or the content of our work to any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
- In return, you agree to treat the frameworks, methods, and materials shared during our work together as confidential and not to reproduce or share them without my written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
The 5D Method™ and all associated frameworks, materials, and methodologies are my intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy, teach, or commercialise any aspect of the 5D Method™ or any materials provided to you without my prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
- I provide my services with care and commitment, but I cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on your individual circumstances and the actions you choose to take.
- To the extent permitted by law, my total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in connection with which the claim arises.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Lynne Donaldson trading as The 5D Method™, based in Edinburgh, Scotland collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What data I collect
- Your name and email address.
- Your company or organisation name (if provided).
- Your date of birth (if provided, for blueprint-based preparation).
- Information you choose to share about your situation, goals, and circumstances.
How I use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and assess fit for my services.
- To administer bookings, payments, and our working relationship.
- To prepare for sessions using blueprint-based frameworks where you have provided your date of birth.
- To comply with any legal obligations.
I will never sell your data to third parties or use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
Third parties
- Tally.so — for processing enquiry forms.
- Framer — for hosting this website.
- Google Workspace — for email communication.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these rights contact me via lynnedonaldson.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Retention
Client data is retained for up to six years after our last interaction. Enquiry data from contacts who do not become clients is deleted within 12 months.

This website is hosted on Framer. Framer may set essential cookies required for the site to function. These are technical cookies only — they do not track you across other websites or collect personal data for advertising purposes.
